Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. Within a year, she received her Pro Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. After quitting her gymnastics career, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of 16 as a teenager. In the year 17 years old, she earned her Professional Card one year later. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel was forced to take six years away from stage work following the award of her Pro card to complete her college. Her return to competition in 2015 was an extension of her previous efforts, wherein she competed at elite events like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. Following her win in her first contest, she competed several more years setting new goals. For 2009 alone, 4 new fitness titles were added to her list. She also became the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro of all at the time (age 17) by winning in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel was on a break for a while after earning her Pro card so that she could earn her college diploma. In October 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional Debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she finished 3rd at the show. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage a month later, and returned with a 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to be 6th place in the Fitness Division, despite being completely unprepared. Ariel had to compete against the best of elite athletes. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel likes working out her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of lat pulldowns with a single arm and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, and bent-over rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving on to the sets for working. Also Ariel likes to use her time as efficiently as is possible. Converting all the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she is doing.
